Policies:

  • If you have not arrived within 1 hour of your designated starting time, we cannot guarantee the facility will be available.
  • Deposit Due at Contract Signing:
  • Payment in Full Due 30 Days Prior to Event:
  • No Glitter, No Confetti, No Tape on Walls.
  • Trash Disposal: All trash must be disposed of in the dumpster in the side parking lot.
  • Cleaning Requirement: Rooms must be cleaned and vacuumed before departure, or a cleaning charge will apply.
  • Prohibited: No Drugs or Alcohol of Any Kind Permitted in the Building or on the Premises.

Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Deposit Refund: Deposits will be refunded within 72 hours, if event is cancelled by Eagles Nest or applicant within 30 day cancellation policy.

Terms and Conditions:

The applicant and all associated individuals hereby waive any claims, demands, or causes of action against Eagles Nest Church Intl. resulting from the use of the church facilities. The applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Eagles Nest Church Intl. and its representatives against any litigation arising from the use of the property.

Prohibitions:

  • No alcohol, tobacco, or items contrary to church beliefs.
  • No flammable or dangerous objects.

Termination Policy:

  • Written termination notice required 30 days in advance by either party.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this Facility Use Contract. I understand that I am responsible for ensuring proper use of the facility and will be held liable for any damages, losses, or violations that occur during the use period as a result of negligence, misuse, or failure to comply with the stated policies.
